Noah (my 7 year old) has been sick for a few days, coughing a bunch, etc. We'd planned to have relatives over today, so the rule was that he had to stay seated, resting on a chair/couch. After the second or third time I saw him walking around, I asked him (rather sternly) what he was doing. I could see his wheels turning as he came up with the classic answer:
"I'm resting from chair to chair."
The teenage years are going to be interesting....
